Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using healthredemptioninstitute.com (the "Site") or purchasing any evaluation, program, or service from Health Redemption Institute ("HRI," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Our Services

Health Redemption Institute provides educational, root-cause-focused health evaluations and coaching using neurological response testing (NRT) and related methods. We are not a licensed medical practice, and our team is not acting as your physician, chiropractor, or other licensed healthcare provider in connection with these services. Our services are educational and informational in nature.

• We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Nothing provided through our evaluations, calls, programs, or materials is a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider.
• You should never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of anything you receive from HRI.
• Always consult a licensed physician before making changes to medication, treatment, diet, or exercise, or if you have questions about a medical condition.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for adults 18 years or older. By submitting a form or purchasing a service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or are a parent/legal guardian submitting information on behalf of your minor child for purposes of our services.

3. Applications, Scheduling, and Approval

Submitting a Complex Case Review application or any other intake form does not guarantee acceptance into our programs. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or reschedule any application or appointment at our discretion.

4. Payments

• Fees for paid evaluations and programs (including the Root Cause Evaluation) are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• All fees are for services rendered and are non-refundable except as expressly stated at the time of purchase or as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time; changes will not apply retroactively to services already purchased.

5. Communications Consent

By submitting a form on our Site, you may receive email communications related to your application, appointment, or purchase. If you separately opt in via checkbox, you may also receive text messages and/or marketing communications. 6. Intellectual Property
