By using the Site, submitting a form, registering for an event, scheduling or purchasing a service, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Health Redemption Institute, LLC provides educational, wellness-based evaluation, coaching, and related services. Our current services may include complimentary educational classes such as Why Am I Still Sick?™, private Health Redemption Survey™ appointments, Reports of Findings, coaching, wellness programs, and related educational services.
We may use approaches including Quantum Response Testing™, muscle testing, neurological response testing, health-history review, wellness assessment, and other non-medical evaluation methods.
Health Redemption Institute, LLC is not acting as your physician, chiropractor, or other licensed healthcare provider in connection with these services. Our services are educational, informational, and wellness-based in nature.
Our Site and general services are intended primarily for adults age 18 or older.
By submitting a form, registering for a class, scheduling an appointment, or purchasing a service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are the parent or legal guardian acting on behalf of a minor child for whom services are being requested.
Registration for a complimentary class or submission of an application does not guarantee availability or acceptance for any paid service or program.
We reserve the right to approve, decline, limit, reschedule, or cancel registrations, applications, appointments, evaluations, or program participation when reasonably necessary.
Complimentary events such as Why Am I Still Sick?™ are educational experiences and do not constitute a private evaluation of your individual health circumstances.
If you choose to have HRI personally evaluate your case, that evaluation is provided separately through a private paid service such as the Health Redemption Survey™.
A Health Redemption Survey™ is a private wellness-based evaluation designed to organize information about your health history, symptoms, prior approaches, and other information you choose to provide.
The Survey may be followed by a private Report of Findings appointment in which we explain our observations, priorities, and recommendations.
Recommendations are educational and wellness-based and do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment.
From time to time, HRI may offer promotional pricing, credits, enrollment incentives, or limited-time offers.
Any such offer is subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, including applicable eligibility requirements and deadlines.
Promotional credits have no cash value and may not be transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied outside the terms of the specific offer.
By submitting a form or registering for an HRI class or service, you may receive email communications relating to your registration, application, scheduling, appointments, services, or account.
If you separately consent to receive text messages, we may send service-related text communications such as class information, scheduling messages, appointment reminders, and application updates.
If you separately consent to marketing communications, we may also send promotional email or text messages about HRI classes, programs, services, or offers.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails and may opt out of text messages by replying STOP.

You remain solely responsible for decisions concerning your medical care, medications, healthcare providers, diet, exercise, supplements, lifestyle, and other health-related choices.
You agree to seek appropriate professional medical care when necessary, including for urgent, emergency, worsening, or potentially serious conditions.
Health and wellness outcomes vary significantly among individuals.
HRI does not guarantee that any evaluation, recommendation, supplement, lifestyle change, coaching program, or other service will produce a particular result.
Statements regarding potential outcomes, client experiences, timelines, or improvements are illustrative only and are not guarantees.
Testimonials, client stories, case studies, and examples appearing on the Site, in classes, or in marketing materials reflect individual experiences.
Individual results vary, and the experiences of one person should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee that another person will achieve the same or similar result.
The Site and materials provided by HRI — including text, videos, presentations, graphics, logos, worksheets, evaluations, assessment systems, educational materials, class materials, and proprietary processes — are owned by or licensed to Health Redemption Institute, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Names, marks, and proprietary materials associated with HRI, including Health Redemption Survey™, Quantum Response Testing™, and other branded programs or processes, may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, taught, republished, or used to create derivative materials without our prior written permission.
Materials provided to you are for your personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
You may not record, reproduce, rebroadcast, distribute, or publicly share HRI classes, private appointments, Reports of Findings, presentations, or other sessions without our prior written permission.
HRI may record certain educational classes or events. If a session in which participants may be identifiable is recorded, appropriate notice or consent will be provided as applicable.
By voluntarily participating in HRI services, you acknowledge that health-related choices may involve individual risks and that responses to supplements, dietary changes, exercise, lifestyle changes, and other wellness practices vary.
You agree to use your own judgment and to obtain appropriate medical advice when needed.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Health Redemption Institute, LLC and its owners, employees, independent contractors, agents, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or HRI services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HRI's aggregate liability arising from a particular paid service will not exceed the amount you actually paid HRI for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
The Site and HRI services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We make no guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available, or that any service will produce a particular health or wellness result.

HRI is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, products, or services of independent third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or HRI services will be resolved in an appropriate state or federal court located in Wisconsin.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of the Site or purchase or use of services after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
