  • Health-related information you share as part of your intake, application, or evaluation (symptoms, medical history, prior diagnoses, and similar details you choose to provide)
  • Payment information when you purchase a paid evaluation or program (processed by our third-party payment processor — we do not store full card details)

Information collected automatically, such as when you visit the Site:

  • IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited
  • Data collected through cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies (see Section 4)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Send you marketing communications, if you've opted in
  • Improve our Site, services, and advertising
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. SMS / Text Message Communications

If you provide your phone number and affirmatively opt in via a checkbox on our forms, we may send you text messages related to your application, appointment reminders, and (if you've separately opted in to marketing) promotional messages about our programs.

  • Consent to receive text messages is never required as a condition of using our services or submitting a form.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
  • You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can reply HELP for assistance.
  • We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Cookies, Pixels, and Analytics

We use tools such as Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our Site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These tools may collect information about your browsing behavior and may associate it with an advertising identifier. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized Meta advertising through your Meta ad preferences.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate our business, such as our CRM/hosting platform (GoHighLevel), video hosting (Vimeo), payment processor, and advertising platforms (Meta)
  • Legal authorities, if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others
  • A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets

6. Health Information

Health Redemption Institute provides educational and wellness-based evaluation services. We are not a licensed medical provider, and our services are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare professional.
